Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (20-ounce) package frozen crinkle-cut french fries
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 3 -In a large skillet over medium heat, add the beef and cook, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 4 -Drain the excess fat from the skillet.
Step 5 -Add the mushroom soup and the cheddar cheese soup to the beef and stir to combine.
Step 6 -Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Step 7 -Arrange the fries evenly on top of the beef mixture evenly.
Step 8 -Bake, uncovered, until the fries are golden-brown, about 50-55 minutes.
Step 9 -Serve.
