Ingredients
- 1 (25-ounce) package frozen beef ravioli
- 1 (10-ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 1 cup prepared salsa
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
Directions
Step 1 -In a large pot of salted, boiling water, add the ravioli and cook to al dente, according to the package directions.
Step 2 -In a large skillet over medium heat, add the enchilada sauce and the salsa and cook, while stirring, until it is heated through.
Step 3 -Drain the ravioli.
Step 4 -Add the ravioli to the sauce mixture and stir gently to coat.
Step 5 -Top the ravioli mixture with the cheese and the olives.
Step 6 -Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low.
Step 7 -Cook until the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
