Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 4 (16-ounce) cans baked beans
- 8 hot dogs, sliced
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- chives, optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -In a Dutch oven over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 2 -Add the baked beans, the hot dogs, the barbecue sauce, and the parmesan cheese to the ground beef and stir to combine.
Step 3 -Bring the beef mixture to a boil.
Step 4 -Reduce the heat and cover the Dutch oven.
Step 5 -Simmer the beef mixture until the flavors meld together, about 8-10 minutes.
