Each melt-in-your-mouth cookie cup is already tender and chocolatey, but they also hide a delicious surprise inside: a filling of creamy, tangy, and velvety chocolate cream cheese and rich caramel. Double-Stuffed Cookies put other chocolate chip cookies to shame because how can they compete? Well, they can't, and your tastebuds know it! Double-Stuffed Cookies get sweetness to you on the double, in more ways than one!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16.5-ounce) package chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1/3 cup chocolate cream cheese
  • 10 caramels

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 -Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.

Step 3 -Use 3/4 of the cookie dough to form 10 cookie cups in the muffin tin, allowing the dough to go up about halfway up the sides.

Step 4 -Scoop about 1/2 tablespoon of the chocolate cream cheese into the center of each cookie cup.

Step 5 -Place a caramel on top of the cream cheese in each cookie cup and press down.

Step 6 -Use the remaining cookie dough to cover the cream cheese and the caramels.

Step 7 -Bake the cookies until the tops are just starting to brown, about 8-10 minutes.

Step 8 -Allow the cookies to cool before removing them from the pan.

Step 9 -Serve.
