It's been a family secret recipe for years, but what good is a great recipe if you can't share it? Grandma's Special Pork Tenderloin is succulent, vibrant, sweet, and even a little bit spicy... the perfect package of flavors for any occasion. It's actually a fairly simple dish to put together too, which means any home cook can put Grandma's Special Pork Tenderloin together and wow the crowd!
Ingredients
- 1 (2-count, 2 1/2-pound) package pork tenderloins
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sriracha
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Unwrap the pork tenderloins and rinse them under cold water.
Step 3 -Pat the pork tenderloins dry.
Step 4 -In a 9x13-inch roasting pan, add the tenderloins in a single layer.
Step 5 -Using a paring knife, poke small holes in the tenderloins on the top sides only.
Step 6 -Add the garlic slices to the pockets in the pork tenderloins.
Step 7 -In a large measuring cup or a medium-sized bowl, add the soy sauce, the sriracha, the maple syrup, the lime juice, the lime zest, the orange juice, the seasoning salt, and the black pepper and whisk to combine.
Step 8 -While whisking the sauce mixture, slowly stream in the olive oil until it is combined and the sauce mixture is emulsified.
Step 9 -Pour the sauce mixture over the pork tenderloins, coating each well.
Step 10 -Bake the pork tenderloins, uncovered and while basting them every 20 minutes, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 55 minutes.
Step 11 -Transfer the tenderloins to a cutting board and allow them to rest for 10 minutes.
Step 12 -In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, add the juices from the roasting pan and simmer until they are slightly thickened, about 8 minutes.
Step 13 -Slice and serve the pork tenderloins with the pan sauce.
