Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 -Unwrap the biscuits, separate them, and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.

Step 3 -Make an indentation in the center of each of the biscuits.

Step 4 -Sprinkle the biscuits evenly with the oregano.

Step 5 -Place the mozzarella cubes evenly into each of the indentations in the biscuits.

Step 6 -Pinch the dough tightly around the cheese cubes to seal.

Step 7 -Place the stuffed biscuits, seam-side down, on the baking sheet.

Step 8 -Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the tops of the stuffed biscuits.

Step 9 -Bake until the biscuits are golden-brown, about 10-15 minutes.

Step 10 -Serve hot.
